O Father, we ask that You lift up Your name because of the gospel. Do the work not just in me, but in men and women all over, especially in Your church. Send a revival, intensify Your work, Holy Spirit, to sanctify men and women all over through Your word. Give true remorse and repentance for sins, and send the gift of faith, that Your people will step out in brave and selfless acts of sacrifice and ambition for spreading Your fame. Send a passion for holiness that stuns the world with otherworldly godliness and maturity. Send a holy joy and contentment that is unexplainable other than the work of Your Spirit through Your Word. Send a spirit of enlightenment and understanding of the profound things of the Scriptures, and open the eyes of hundreds, even thousands of people to the truths of the gospel. Send a gift of teaching and preaching, that men and women will worship when they hear preaching, that they will adore when they hear exhortation, and thousands of godly preachers will be raised up for Your kingdom. Use the preached Word most of all, but send additional gifts of grace- send illustrators of the gospel, designers of the gospel, artists of the gospel, writers of the gospel, musicians of the gospel, speakers of the gospel, scholars of the gospel, theologians of the gospel, philosophers of the gospel, sociologists of the gospel, psychologists of the gospel, lawyers of the gospel – men and women eager to use every gift You give for the gospel. Ignite them O God, ignite them!
Thank you father God for blessing me with spiritual growth, I’m now speaking in tongues which I couldn’t do before, the holy spirit that live’s in me is my comforter and helper, I’m a new creation. Hallelujah.
I believe! I believe in my LORD Jesus and I have eternal life in my spirit. The God and Father of my Lord Jesus is my God and Father in too. Oh! How I love the Lord and this gospel he has given to me!
