Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way (1 Samuel 12:23). In Acts 12, the disciples of Jesus found themselves in a predicament: Herod had seized James and killed him. When he discovered that this pleased the Jews, he went further and apprehended Peter. The Church had by this time realized that if they didn’t intercede for Peter, he would suffer the same fate as James. Consequently, the Bible says “…prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him (Peter).” Shortly after the heartfelt and continued intercessory prayers offered by God’s people on Peter’s behalf, the Bible records that he was rescued from the prison by an angel of the Lord. Thank God they had learnt their lesson with what happened to James and engaged in intercession for Peter; otherwise, Peter could also have been killed. It’s important that we intercede for our fellow brothers and sisters. But sadly, when some believers come together, all they talk about is how bad things have gone and all the evil happenings in the world. They shut their eyes to the problems other believers are facing. Every time you have the opportunity to be with another believer, don’t spend all the time on trivial or irrelevant discussions; take some time to join your hands together in intercession for brethren in the Church. Don’t be lazy in praying for other believers around the world and interceding for men everywhere. Be actively involved in this and the good thing you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. I see myself today as an ‘Overcomer’ Am focused. I refused to be distracted. My confession creates realities and makes them happen for my sake. My victory in Christ makes me a winner.The more I study the word of God; the more my faith increases and gives birth to Victory Hallelujah! As I seek God’s face, He guides me and protects me; as He is my Sheperd; and those that dwells in Him, He will protect them in the days of trouble. Why? Because, His hands does great and marvellous things.

Pastor Chris wrote that “Praying in tongues enhances our spiritual consciousness”…….cont…..How? He that speaks in an unknown tongue builds up himself. When you spend time to speak in other tongues, Pastor wrote; you’re actually building up your spirit man.
“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost” (Jude 1: 20 ).
When you speak in tongues, you’re charging yourself in the spirit and stirring up the power of God resident within you.Hey! Kabala! Thank you pastor. On 11 may we were praying for pregant women and children. And today 14 of may, my sister in law put to bed twins(male). I thank God for save delivery. And joy unspeakable that is full of glory after nine years of marriage.

I have lived a life of NO Prayer Request because, when I stand in the gap for others, God is basically meeting my own needs, things I never prayed for.
